Registration:
Prices below are for online registration only.
Online registration closes on Sunday, November 12th, 2023 at midnight.
Once online registration closes, registration will take place at the event and a late fee will be applied.
There can only be one driver and one UTV per registration. If you have guests that also want to bring their UTV, they must sign up on their own registration.
General Admission:

| Guest $75 Each | This is per person and minors 17 and under are free. We need to know if bringing minors so we can have minor releases completed. |
| Camping Fee $50 | Covers the entire weekend which starts Thursday and ends on Sunday. |
| Shirts: $25 Each | There are no shirts included in the general admission registration. However, upgraded to VIP then the driver shirt is included. |
VIP Upgrade:
| Driver Upgrade $125 | (only 100 spots available) This is in addition to the $200 and this is primarily for RV parking so they would not have the camping fee for general admission. This also includes the VIP lounge and one free tee-shirt. |
| Guest Upgrade $75 Each | (only 200 spots available which includes the driver from the VIP above) Per person and is primarily for the VIP lounge which includes private bar. |
One Day Admission:
(Friday, Saturday or Sunday Only)

Passenger Details
Passengers 17 years old and younger are free. All passengers regardless of age must be listed on this registration and changes can be made at check-in. All passengers will be REQUIRED to sign the "Release of Liability" form at the time of check in.
A "Minor Release" will be REQUIRED for everyone under the age of 18. These must be notarized and there is no exception to this policy. Click here to download.
Event Location:
| This event will be taking place at the Flying E Ranch. If you and your loved ones enjoy the Great Sonoran Desert of Arizona you will absolutely be mesmerized by the Flying E Guest Ranch. The Ranch is situated on 20,000 acres of pristine desert and is an actual working cattle ranch one hour from Sky Harbor Airport. There is something for absolutely everyone to enjoy. If you have a love for the outdoors, this is your place. |

Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, $25.00 from each registration is non-refundable per person. Full refunds will be issued up to the day the online pre-registration closes which is 9 days before the event start date (excluding the $25 per person non-refundable). If you need to cancel after the 9th day, 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Unfortunately, Registrations CANNOT be transferred to another event.
There will be no refunds granted for any reason after the cancellations window. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather, etc.
